Will my callers know they're talking to AI?

Some will, some won't, and we tell you to be honest about it on the call. The agent identifies itself when asked. What matters is that the call feels useful, the caller gets booked, and they don't feel stuck in a phone tree.

What happens if it doesn't know the answer?

It says it'll have someone follow up, takes a note, and either pings your team in real time or transfers the call to whoever you choose. You set the rules.

Can it use my existing phone number?

Yes. Most clients forward their main line, nothing changes for the customer. You can also port the number into ConvoScale, or use SIP if you have your own telephony.

How long does setup take?

Most agents are live in 5–10 days. We do the build for you, agent, prompts, integrations, dialer. You give us a brand brief and an FAQ doc; we hand you a working system.

Will it integrate with my CRM?
